Lévis to Montmagny using Rte. Verte 1 (primarily Rte.132 - fairly flat, close to the river and passes through pretty villages). Rte. Verte 1 starts as a bike path right at the ferry terminus.

Montmagny to Saint-André

 120 km Montmagny to Rivière-Ouelle using Rte. Verte 1.
From Saint-Roch-des-Aulnaies to Village-des-Aulnaies, Rte. Verte 1 follows Rte. 132. It is pretty flat with excellent views.
From Village-des-Aulnaies to Rivière-Ouelle, there is a dedicated trail north of the autoroute ("Route des Doux Pays").
Shortly after Rivière-Ouelle, Rte. Verte 1 follows quiet roads north of Rte. 132. Fabulous - right alongside the water!
Kamouraska is a very pretty village.

 110 km At Notre-Dame-du-Portage, take the road alongside the river by turning left at the Rest Area (picnic tables).
Rivière-du-Loup to Notre-Dame-du-Lac using Parc Linéaire Petit-Témis (abandoned train line - very scenic).
